UNCHARTED: HORIZONS BEYOND US: ANNOUNCING THE LONG LIST.
This is the third year of the Adebisi Amori Prizes! This initiative continues to celebrate brilliant and defiant short stories, poems, and essays by sociology students in University of Ibadan.
For this edition, we extended our submission window to three other universities in Nigeria which made narrowing down the longlists quite challenging. Yet, 10 stories have made it to the Adebisi Amori Nonfiction Prize list.
We are delighted to share that these works capture our mission, which seeks to unearth and celebrate literary talents that exist within the department of sociology
On that note, here is the longlist in alphabetical order:
